Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls

Posted by Lightly Toasted

Yum, yum, yum... Although the baking time took closer to 20 min and I had to reduce the heat to keep them from getting to brown. — TomatoGal Feb 16, 2008

Warm Eggplant (Aubergine) Salad

Posted by Jewelies

This was delicious. I blackened and peeled (roasted) the peppers. I also scalded and peeled the tomatoes but did not cook them. Threw in a few toasted pine nuts for good measure. It was a hit! Thanks for a great recipe! — TomatoGal Jul 27, 2007

Divine! I cooked the garlic before I added it. I have put this pesto on homemade pasta, hamburgers and spread it on french bread. Yum! — TomatoGal Jun 20, 2007

Zucchini Pancakes

Posted by William (Uncle Bill) Anatooskin

I made these with yellow squash instead of zucchini. They were terrific! The second time I made them, I used whole wheat flour, but they were much better with white flour. Great way to get veggies into the kids! — TomatoGal Jun 20, 2007

Waffle Iron French Toast

This recipe is delicious and a great way to use up a loaf or wheat bread. I cut the recipe to 4 eggs and 1 1/2 cup milk and it made about 10 slices. My kids loved it and the nutmeg and brown sugar really kicked it up. — TomatoGal Apr 19, 2007

Polenta Parmesan

YUMMY! This was the first time I have ever made polenta and it was divine! It was also quite easy to make. I cut the butter to about 2 oz and only used 4 oz of cheese to cut the fat content. It was still delicious. I served this with the Swiss... — TomatoGal Mar 31, 2007

Swiss Chard, Stir Fried, with Feta Cheese

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Bergy

This recipe was outstanding! Chard is the "free vegetable of the week" from my vegetable garden. I stumbled across this recipe when I was trying to come up with a new way to cook it. I used about 1 T of Olive Oil instead of the Peanut Oil and... — TomatoGal Mar 31, 2007
