Perfect, defineatly worth the extra time it takes to make it from scratch. So much better than store bought pie crust. I cut the recipe in half for pumpkin pie (used shortening and extra 1/4 cup flour.) This is my favorite pie crust. — Toadi Jan 10, 2009
