Raw Pad Thai

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by RaWziLLa

This was also my first prepared raw food dish. It was excellent. It's also flexible - I used half lime juice and half lemon. I added mung bean sprouts as garnish, etc. And I didn't use the cabbage. Still excellent as made. This will probably... — Chef #455394 Oct 14, 2008

Crock Pot Rotisserie Chicken

Posted by CookinMamaof3

This was a huge hit in my house. I used an organic chicken from Costco with a Mediterranean seasoning rub. I used the potatoes in foil idea and my crock pot's meat thermometer based cooking method (cooked until it reached 180). The only problem in... — Chef #455394 Apr 22, 2008

Chicken with a goat cheese sauce

Posted by Mrs.Habu

Good, but CAUTION - if you do not use low sodium chicken broth, do NOT add the salt. I used regular organic broth and the sauce was WAY too salty. I would advise not adding salt until whipping in the goat cheese. Then decide how much it needs. — Chef #455394 Mar 4, 2007
