these are really yummy - the texture is just perfect, with a gooey and chewy centre. instead of vegetable oil, use butter. melt the butter in a sauce pan, remove from the heat and add the sugar, vanilla and eggs. this makes the brownies even better! — Ramona D Feb 5, 2008
