Cooking eggs this way is a great idea and makes for a nice presentation. Eggs puffed up like a souffle which surprised me a bit, but it's not a problem to roll it up. Next time I'll try adding sauteed bell pepper & onion and cover with salsa. — HMS Oct 19, 2002
