I LOVE lentils, and this recipe was GREAT!! My kids all loved them. I used Olive oil, and I didn't have the cayenne pepper. I subbed chili powder for that. I'm thinking of some other possible seasonings. Thank you for the fun recipe! — Chef #447983 Feb 10, 2007
