Healthy Cucumber-Tomato Salad

Posted by Malriah

I can't understand the concept behind "more=more". It's great to be able to actually taste each individual vegetable vs. drowning them in a hodge podge of dressing, vinegar, or cream. Thanks for this simple, yet perfect recipe. — Siava Nov 22, 2009

Fried Tofu

These turned out good, but it's probably operator error on my part. I think next time I'll cut the rectangles into squares next time because a few of them fell apart. Mighty tasty though. Mmm! — Siava Oct 25, 2009

Pan-Fried Tofu with Spicy Peanut Sauce

The sauce was peanut (which I like), but way too salty for my palate. — Siava Oct 25, 2009

I wasn't feeling well, but needed something easy to cook for dinner. This was so fast to put together and I didn't have to do anything else until it was time to eat. We love cabbage and this was perfect. Thank you. — Siava Oct 4, 2009

I cheated and nuked a steam-in-bag veggie medley, then sauted the leeks as directed and tossed all together. Lip smacking good! Thanks so much for posting this recipe. — Siava Sep 7, 2009

Cucumber-Dill Salad

I love this. It's simple and tastes so good with the dill. A dallop of sour cream mixed in makes this version deliciously creamy, too. — Siava Sep 7, 2009

Tex-Mex Summer Squash Casserole

Posted by 5thCourse

This is really good. I wasn't paying attention and mixed the salsa with the squash mixture instead of putting it on top near the end. Didn't make a difference. It still turned out great. I — Siava Sep 3, 2009

This turned out really well. I didn't have the large caps, but did have sliced baby bella. I followed the rest of the recipe exactly and used approximately 4 ounces of the baby bella (half of the small containers). It tastes great as is, but with... — Siava May 24, 2009
