Original Diet Cabbage Soup

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Chef #259993 - BethAnn

I made this last nite to use for the week. The only thing I changed it the 3 pounds of carrots. I only used one pound or I think it would have turned into carrot soup. It is very tasty & sustaining. We'll see how it tastes after a week. :D) — Chef #437652 May 20, 2008

Butterscotch Snack Cake

Posted by Whatcha Cookin', Mom?

This is a very good recipe. I used non-fat milk & only half the butterscotch chips (thought it might be too sweet). It was moist but not soggy. Can't wait to try it with chocolate cake & pudding. — Chef #437652 Feb 4, 2008

Posted by Cynna

excellent recipe. I adapted a little, as we all do. Used fresh ginger, half a jalapena & diced up zucchine to saute with the tofu. I will be using this again & try different veggies in the mix. great sauce. — Chef #437652 May 29, 2007
