Sue L and everyone else, the lemon grass is with the spices in the gormet section of all thge spices in the grocery store. I think it does add to the taste. I really love pad Thai and I like it spicey so I added some extra Thai chili peppers — Jackie Amundsen Sep 9, 2002

I have had this twice and I really like the flavors. It is easy to make. Only thing I changed was I used chicken broth instead of water. — Jackie Amundsen Aug 2, 2002

Don't Let Your Meatloaf!

This was very good. Makes good sandwichs. I did not have fresh parsley on hand so I used dried parsley and it came out just fine. — Jackie Amundsen Jun 17, 2002

Italian Herb Bread for the Breadmaker

Posted by luvinlif2k

This has such great flavor. I added some extra of the spices. I also had to add 7 teaspoons of flour to get the right consistency. The loaf was perfect. It makes great sandwich bread. JA — Jackie Amundsen Jun 17, 2002

Fabulous Sloppy Joes

My family really liked this recipe. The flavor reminded me of when I was a child back in the Midwest. I had corn on the cob and a salad to finish off the meal. JA — Jackie Amundsen Jun 17, 2002

Clam Linguine

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by William (Uncle Bill) Anatooskin

this was outstanding. I only changed the recipe by adding some more garlic. I used 8 cloves and cooked it a little bit longer by a half hour. I recommend this recipe. — Jackie Amundsen Jun 10, 2002
