Romanian Cozonac or Colac - a Christmas Bread

I never seen cozonac with cheese before. The thing with cheese we usually called it Pasca and we make it especially at Easter time. Cozonac it's with turkish delight, can be with walnuts, cocoa, raisins. — born2eat Dec 28, 2006
