Marinade for Beef

Posted by Anita Harris

I live in Colombia, and the meat here is really tough- my theory is that it's because the cows aren't corn-fed, but pasture-grazed. Anyway, I'm sick of spitting out gristle, and chewing my meat for five minutes before I can swallow- Enter... — LynneBethany Oct 20, 2009

Kittencal's Honey Garlic Sauce

Posted by KITTENCAL

I likewise think this recipe is amazing. We tried it on chicken wings and ribs. It was great both ways. I also love that it uses ingredients we almost always have on hand. Another great one, Kittencal — LynneBethany Dec 4, 2008

Easy Ranch Chicken

Posted by Angela3

This recipe is excellent. I've already made it twice. I cut the chicken into strips before dredging. This cuts my baking time down to about 25 minutes and gives me more ranch flavor, which I love. — LynneBethany Dec 4, 2008

Simple Shortbread Cookies

Kittencal's Best Garlic Pizza Dough for the Bread Machine

Posted by KITTENCAL

This pizza dough was excellent. I don't have a bread machine, so I made it by hand, and it worked really well. I did have to use more flour than is called for. Wonderful! — LynneBethany Jun 18, 2008

Black and Tan Onion Rings

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Dave

I left out the peppers but this was recipe was good, and had flavor even without them. You didn't have to fight to make the batter stick to the onion, either — LynneBethany Sep 17, 2007

Herbed Chicken on Toast (for 2)

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Derf

Delectable. I didn't have milk powder, so I used regular milk. This of course made it more watery, so I had to boil it for longer to get it to the desired consistency. Also added flour to that purpose. And for the herbs, I used thyme instead... — LynneBethany Dec 26, 2006
