Great Pumpkin Meatloaf

This is so good! Even my husband (who can be a very picky eater) loved it! I baked the pumpkin in 1 inch of water for 1 hour and then after filling with ground beef mixture, baked for another hour. Will add this recipe to My Favorites list! — Chef #412812 Dec 3, 2008
