I'm on Core Plan and lost almost 25 lbs. I would sub diet Kraft mayo so that it tastes better but regular Kraft Parm is so low in points that I would just count the whole thing as Core anyway. It's a winner of a recipe! — NurseChef Feb 25, 2006
