Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I was out of butter/margarine so I substituted canola oil. These cookies were fabulous! I used green raisins which are my favorite, and reserved half of the dough to add walnuts to. This is a easy, wonderful cookie! Thanks for sharing! — Chef #410234 Jun 17, 2009

I love the old fashioned 'cofort' desserts...rice pudding, bread pudding, cobblers, crisps etc. I found this recipe to really be tasty! I enjoyed it very much, and am sure I will enjoy it again in the future. — Chef #410234 Dec 18, 2006
