Posted by yooper

Husband said, "best tasting roast he has ever had". I added carrots, would have liked to add potatoes, but ran out. Next time for sure I will add potatoes. Great, simple recipe. — Calamity Jane Jan 12, 2007

Crock Pot Chicken W/ Black Beans and Cream Cheese...yum!

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Jen Santiago

My husband and I both loved the taste of this dish. Our only problem was the appearance of the dish. I added cumin and taco seasoning and minute rice at the end of the cooking time. It may not have the looks, but it is a very satisfying dish. — Calamity Jane Jan 12, 2007

So glad I found this recipe. I had these chocolate crackers at a function last year, but did not get the recipe. So easy to put together. I use my silicone mat instead of foil, worked great. — Calamity Jane Dec 28, 2006

Soft Snickerdoodle Cookies

My whole family loved these cookies. I used silicon liners on my cookie sheets. Which work out great, seemed to help keep the bottoms from getting too brown. Very delicious. — Calamity Jane Dec 26, 2006

Anginetti (Italian Lemon Drop Cookies)

I made these to give out for Christmas gifts. So easy to make. The photo of the cookies are so pretty and round. Mine did not look so perfect, but tasted delicious. Rather than frost with a metal spatula, I dipped each cookie top in the frosting.... — Calamity Jane Dec 26, 2006
