Quick and Easy Pancakes

These were great pancakes....very quick to make and delicious. I made a double batch but I used only 2 cups milk instead of 2 2/3 and also 2 cups of flour. It made them nice and fluffy, kinda like the ones at Perkins. Thanks for the great recipe. — Chef #396500 Jan 19, 2007
