No Bake Cheesecake

Posted by PSparx

Easy and good. We made tiny cheesecake desserts in little cups by placing a Nilla wafer at the bottom, filling the cup 2/3 with cheesecake mixture, and topping with cherry pie filling. Very yummy. — AngiC Jul 12, 2009

Traditional Macaroni and Cheese

Posted by Margemommy

This is an excellent recipe - I added some cubed ham to elevate it to meal status instead of merely side dish! I used about 1 1/2 C medium cheddar and rotini, otherwise I followed the recipe as printed. Thank you! — AngiC Dec 23, 2008

Hot Artichoke Dip

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Donna Schueller

Delicious! I added 2 cloves of garlic (and will likely add more next time) and about 2 cups of chopped, fresh spinach. I processed the whole mess in the food processor until well blended. I love the artichoke dip you can buy at Costco, but I... — AngiC Dec 7, 2008

Weight Watchers 4pt. Cola Chicken

Posted by MommaMac

I didn't think the flavors of this were very significant, so I ended up adding some onion soup mix, some barbecue sauce, and cornstarch at the end for thickening. The cola did do a nice job of tenderizing the chicken - it was very soft and moist. — AngiC Feb 12, 2008

Moroccan Carrot Salad

Posted by Caryn Gale

I wasn't very fond of the sugar in this recipe; I think I would omit it if I make this again. I did enjoy the cumin / lemon juice combo, and the dish went nicely with chicken thighs rubbed in Mustapha's Moroccan Melange for Chicken spice mix. — AngiC Jan 11, 2008

Thank you so much - I'm thrilled to have a source for yummy ranch dip without all those mystery ingredients my body hates! This is delicious! I made as directed and added a teaspoon full of minced chives for extra green. — AngiC Dec 29, 2007

Baileys Fudge

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by Sabra_1

Great flavor and texture! I followed Denise's lead and nuked the milk and chocolate together in 30 second bursts, adding the Bailey's at the end. I used half Ghirardelli semi-sweet chips and half Ghir. bittersweet chips to cut the sweetness. Even... — AngiC Dec 19, 2007

I made these using the recipe and they weren't quite to my taste, so I made them again using brown sugar instead of honey and adding 1t of cinnamon to the batter. — AngiC Nov 24, 2007
