Dad's Casserole

Posted by ~Bekah~

I was true to the recipe (I did double it however) and I do not think I would change a thing! I did bake it covered and I think it helped keep it nice and moist. Simple to make. It is a wonderful comfort food with a great combination of flavors! — Chris Letourneau Jan 29, 2007

Erin's Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Posted by Miss Erin

Excellent recipe. I doubled the amount of ham. I also substituted heavy cream for the half and half and increased the quantity of cream to 2 cups. Left out the cayenne pepper. — Chris Letourneau Jan 15, 2003

Crab Bisque

Excellent! Very easy to prepare and delicious. this recipe is a keeper. No substitutions are necessary. You could add slightly more sherry but it really is not necessary. Would suggest serving with a very light menu. — Chris Letourneau Apr 23, 2002

Steven's World Famous To-Die-For Sour Cream Chicken

(3 people found this helpful) Posted by Steven Loeffler

Chicken was tender but the overall flavor was bland. The sour cream did not give the chicken as much punch as I thought it would. Still, it was easy to prepare and inexpensive. — Chris Letourneau Apr 23, 2002
