This recipe was easy to prepare. Our roast beef, however, was very salty. Next time I’m going to try Italian beef. Although I’m against it my husband wants to try it with Cheez Whiz, but dousing it with red sauce is a no-no in our house. — Chicago Mama de 2 Dec 19, 2006

It wasn't so much a chili but it was outstanding. I love pepper but found the extra teaspoon a bit much. I used pepper bacon by Tyson. That alone would have been plenty. We are definitely making this again. — Chicago Mama de 2 Nov 13, 2006
