Absolutely delicious and dead easy to make with ingredients that are easy to keep on hand. Fabulous homemade dessert, I followed the recipe exactly, and served it with a brown sugar/apple cider sauce. So yummy. Thanks for posting! — Maritime Mama Nov 24, 2008

awesome recipe...I did however make a few changes...didn't soak the fish ( mine was fresh so it didn't need it) and I added 1/2 tsp of sugar to the Essence to get a good caramelization going...fantastic with a blackbean and corn salsa! — Maritime Mama Jan 9, 2007
