This is quick and easy crustless quiche. I can't believe how much is poofed. A good basic recipe to play with. I used leftover salmon and steamed some asparagus to go in it. — Julia Rodriguez Mar 5, 2009

Chicken Cobbler Casserole

Posted by seesko

This recipe lends itself to improvisation. I used some leftover homemade refrigerator rolls for the bread. Went to get the parmesan, but we were out so I grated some emmenthaler. No white wine so I used Marsala. Husband doesn't like onions so... — Julia Rodriguez Dec 16, 2008

Broccoli Chicken Casserole

Posted by Nana Lee

This is like a casserole I used to make 30 years ago. I used 2 tablespoons of curry instead of 1 teaspoon and less cheese, but otherwise I made it as written. When I take it to a potluck it goes very fast. — Julia Rodriguez Jun 16, 2007

Halibut Steaks

This was very good. I put the lemon slices under the steaks because I wanted the breadcrumbs to apply directly to the fish. The allspice was something I haven't used much. Added an interesting flavor. — Julia Rodriguez Apr 20, 2007

Coconut Rice

(3 people found this helpful) Posted by Strawberry Girl

This was good. I started with jasmine rice, skipped the onion, and sauted the rice in butter with curry powder. Since I used 1 1/2 cup of rice, I added 1 cup of chicken broth to the coconut milk. The result was really good. — Julia Rodriguez Oct 17, 2005
