Kittencal's Italian Zucchini-Mozzarella Patties

Posted by KITTENCAL

Made these today. The only change I made was to use ground flaxseed instead of the flour... to keep it low carb. It was awesome; tasty, and definitely a keeper! Even my veggie fussy hubby liked it! Thanks! — Lexi's Omi Sep 23, 2009

Uncle Bill's Microwave Potato Chips

Posted by William (Uncle Bill) Anatooskin

Awesome! Used the parchment paper method & just a sprinkling of sea salt. Took just 6 minutes in my 1100 watt microwave. This will become a regular favourite here. Thanks for sharing! — Lexi's Omi Feb 5, 2007

Yoghurt Homemade

Posted by Lillemor

I make my own from Creamo (1/2 & 1/2)basically as you describe. Yum! I warm the milk/cream in the micro and let it incubate in there after I stir in the yoghurt. Be sure that the yoghurt you use for a starter is plain/natural...NO preservatives... — Lexi's Omi Nov 28, 2006
