I'm not sure if I did something wrong, I followed the directions exactly, but it turned out quite grainy. It wasn't creamy at all, and I used 1/2 a cup of extra cheese. I think it may have been the flour that caused the grainy texture. — Chef #376346 Feb 22, 2009
