I recentley traveled to England and had a Crab Mousse which I wanted to try and make. I used this recipe and subtituted crab meat for the Salmon. It turned out very good but just a little too Salty. I think next time I'll eliminate the salt... — Clarebear Apr 12, 2002

These were delicious and dissappeared quickly. I used about 1/3 cup of mushrooms instead of the olives. I had quite alot of filling left though so I made some pastry, cut into rounds, spooned on the mixture, folded in half and crimped the edges... — Clarebear Apr 12, 2002

Just like the real thing! 10 of us have "Survivor" parties every week and we take it in turns to host. I made these lettuce wraps and they were a hit. A little tedious to prepare if you don't have a processor though. — Clarebear Apr 12, 2002
