Light-As-A-Feather Dumplings (For Soup or Stews)

Posted by KITTENCAL

Growing up, my Mom alternated between these and traditional dumplings. These are the ones I make cause they're so easy and seemingly foolproof. Oh, yeah, and they're delicious! — Chef #369951 Jun 3, 2009

Impossible Quiche

Posted by AussieGal Tracey

Fantastic! Much better/lighter than a Bisquick-based recipe. Did use 2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites, (lunchmeat) ham instead of bacon, 2% milk, and only 1/2 cup cheese (misread the recipe, it seems). Baked at 375 for 30 minutes. Yummy! — Chef #369951 Jun 6, 2007
