" Whatever Floats Your Boat" Brownies!

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by Karen=^..^=

Yum! I added 1.5 cups of chocolate chunks. I doubled the recipe and used a 9 x 13 glass pan. I cooked it for 30 min, but probably could have used another couple of minutes. Definitely let them cool completely before you try to cut them. — WindLass Sep 27, 2009

Cranberry Feta Pinwheels

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Derf

Very festive. I got 3 requests for recipes at an office party. I served them with Spinach Pinwheels #69372. I added about 1/4 cup of fat-free plain yogurt to make it easier to spread since I used a regular 8-oz brick of fat-free cream cheese. I... — WindLass Dec 11, 2007

Crock Pot Garlic Smashed Red Potatoes

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Lvs2Cook

Mine were too gummy too and were an unattractive brown color. I chopped the potatoes in the food processor before throwing them in the crockpot. Maybe my pieces were too small. Other than that, I followed the recipe. Didn't keep the leftovers. — WindLass Nov 12, 2006

Warp-Speed Pumpkin Butter

Posted by ThatBobbieGirl

Made this as a gift and got lots of raves. Very fast and easy. I had some pumpkin pie spice open so I used 1 1/2 tsp of that plus the cloves. — WindLass Nov 12, 2006
