Enchilada Sauce

Posted by cooking_geek

Very Good, I won't be buying canned sauce anymore. Very easy to make. My tomatoes were a little tart so I added some sugar. I probably shouldn't have, was a little sweet. Overall, very good. Thanks Karen — Chef Karen #3 May 31, 2009

Mimi's Lemon Meringue Pie

Posted by Mimi in Maine

Mimi you were right, it is to die for. I haven't had the best luck in making Lemon Meringue Pie, some to hard and some to soft. This was just right ( just like the 3 bears). It was easy to make and my husband loved it. In fact I'm going to have a... — Chef Karen #3 Aug 30, 2007

Fresh Baguette

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by s'kat

I read all the reviews and nobody mentioned the amount of salt in this recipe. I am a salt lover, but this was extremely salty. I would use 1 1/2 tsp. salt not 2 1/2 tsp. The texture was great and the crust was crusty. Overall a very good... — Chef Karen #3 Apr 14, 2007
