Delightful honey cornbread recipe! It's moist and tender with a pleasant honey flavor. I substituted melted butter for the oil and 1/3 c. non-fat dry milk mixed with 1 c. water for the heavy cream. Still turned out wonderfully! — peachesNcream Nov 25, 2006
