Kim, this was so easy & tasty! I used 1 lb. haddock and 1 lb. catfish....you couldn't tell the difference. What a great meal (without all the expense)! Thank you, from the bottom of my "lobster pot"! — Tinks Jun 2, 2003

Beef Noodle Casserole

KC...I have made this twice this month. The seasoning mix is wonderful, even with substituting fresh for dried herbs when needed. The thyme, cream cheese and fresh lime make the dish! It really reheats well too for lunch (if you have any left).... — Tinks Apr 22, 2003

Italian Cauliflower Salad

Bergy, thank you so much! I was looking for one that did not use too much flour or Bisquick (no offense to the Bisquick company!) I wondered if the bread crumbs would stick as they should...worked out perfectly. The romano cheese worked very... — Tinks Jun 4, 2002
