Cinnamon Toast

Posted by KITTENCAL

This was my favorite way to eat toast as a kid! We used brown sugar instead of white though and my grandma had a jar that she always kept full of the sugar-cinnamon mixture. freakingdork Nov 15, 2009

Raspberry Balsamic Chicken

Posted by KelBel

This dish is so wonderful! I mean, you use one skillet, it doesn't take long to make (well, if you can chop onions fast or have a food processor or a Slap Chop hahaha), raspberry and balsamic are always good together, and just....it is super... — freakingdork Oct 30, 2009

Ham With Pineapple Sauce

Posted by ratherbeswimmin'

Generally, I don't like ham, but my roommate does, so I made this. The sauce is heavenly! Roommate had hers with less sauce, I had mine with more and we were both very satisfied. Thank you so much for this recipe! — freakingdork Oct 30, 2009

Asian Meatballs (As a Side Dish)

Posted by Japan bound

These meatballs were great! I did forget to pick up sake (I don't know how I missed that ingredient), so I just doubled the mirin. I did cut back on the cornstarch too which didn't make a "jelly" when cooled. My girlfriend and I loved them. Thank... — freakingdork Aug 5, 2009

Balsamic Tuna

Posted by Dancer^

Gosh, I wish all recipes were this simple and fast, but still tasted good. Unfortunately, we were out of OJ, but I had some mango juice and added some powder sugar to thicken it up. I'm going to be putting that glaze on more than just tuna steaks!... — freakingdork Mar 18, 2009

Japanese Hambagu (Hamburg) Steak

Posted by Meghan

My girlfriend made this for me tonight and it was very simple and very good! We didn't have onions, but it worked out fine without. We served it with rice. So GOOD. (She didn't care for the sauce so much, but I thought it was perfect.) — freakingdork Jan 7, 2009

Melting Pot Green Goddess Dip

Yummy! I also made this without the onion, but more chives and was very good. Next time, I'll probably not make as much though as it was totally too much for two people. — freakingdork Nov 23, 2008

Baked Tilapia W/ Fondue Sauce and Crab

VERY GOOD! But unfortunately, I forgot the salt, pepper, and paprika. So don't do that and you will probably end up with a 5 star dish. Thank you! — freakingdork Nov 23, 2008

Yum! I only had half of the sour cream, but it still turned out delicious. Everyone at the Pure Romance party thought it was great too. — freakingdork Nov 22, 2008

Noodles & Co. Pasta Fresca

Posted by Chef Jerrysbear2

Very close! Next time, I would keep the olive oil separate from the rest of the sauce b/c I didn't use all the sauce and didn't get enough of the balsamic (since they separate when put together). Thank you! — freakingdork Nov 21, 2008

So easy and VERY GOOD. Made it for my parents when I came home from college and they immediately asked for the recipe. Thank you! — freakingdork Nov 21, 2008

Southwestern Chicken Pasta

So rich and creamy! I prefer a thicker sauce so I only used 1/3 cup of milk...and most of the jar of queso. Easy and simple, though probably not very healthy heh. — freakingdork Nov 21, 2008
