Simply Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Posted by Deb's Recipes

This was incredibly rich for enchiladas, but pretty easy to do. I might omit the jalapenos next time and just sprinkle on chili powder or something as personal preference — Shasha Oct 3, 2009

This is a good recipe; substituted with Splenda and it still turned out ok. Not fabulous, but a good recipe to keep onhand. — Shasha Sep 26, 2009

This turned out lovely, but I couldn't really taste such a difference from regular cheesecakes. — Shasha Jun 13, 2009

Wonderful Meatloaf

Posted by Marie B.

This was tasty and moist, but I think it got too moist that it almost feels like it's undercooked (but it's not!) — Shasha Jun 13, 2009

Chocolate Mascarpone Brownies

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Lennie

This didn't turn out so well for me. The brownie was hard and not as moist and fudgy as I'd hoped. — Shasha May 1, 2009

Banana Oat Muffins

These were nice and moist, but I would probably reduce the sugar to 1/3 cup to reduce the sweetness — Shasha Mar 17, 2009

Caramel Bread Pudding

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Marg (CaymanDesigns)

This was good; I used old pieces of banana bread, so I should have lessened the sugar in the custard. — Shasha Mar 7, 2009

Salisbury Steak With Mushroom and Onion Gravy

Posted by Virginia Chandler

I only made the gravy portion of this recipe since I had pre-made burgers to use, and it was pretty good. I think the consistency was too thick though. — Shasha Jan 10, 2009

Strawberry Banana Macadamia Bread

Posted by NcMysteryShopper

This was kinda weird --- you can hardly taste the bananas and strawberries and it was kind of in between a dessert and savory bread — Shasha Jan 2, 2009

Houston's Honey Mustard

Posted by Elmolvsu

This was pretty good, although I had to add more honey than the recipe called for since I found it too tangy at first. Great dip for french fries — Shasha Dec 29, 2008

Everything Lo Mein

Ok first the proportions for me are way wrong (this definitely serves more than 4!) and the flavors weren't what I was hoping for. — Shasha Dec 29, 2008
