I loved this recipe and i found it quite easy to make! I added some balsamic sausage for some extra flavor. I used more nutmeg than this recipe calls for because I also pulled from Rachael Ray's Penne with Pumpkin Sauce. I also cut the salt. — -Blondie- Dec 21, 2006
