I made this for my father, who is quite a picky eater, so I swapped out the stewed tomatoes for 1.5 cups of good ol' Ragu. It was really thick and sticky, but actually very filling, and delicious topped with sour cream and cheese. Awesome recipe! — booksmartstreetdumb Aug 21, 2009
