Stir Fried Beef With Ginger

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Bergy

I make a very similar recipe, omit the extra salt and use sesame oil and garlic. I marinate the beef in the other ingredients for an hour or two and then stir fry. It is also a good way to cook game, masks the wild taste. — MBMommy May 16, 2009

Cream Cheese Marbled Chocolate Brownie

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Annacia

This is very similar to a recipe that's been a favorite of mine for years. My recipe called for 1/2 pkg of cream cheese and 1/2 cup butter. I like it this way with the whole pkg of cream cheese. And I don't have a half pack open when I"m finished! — MBMommy Sep 16, 2008

Pub-Style Onion Rings

Posted by Wildflour

I've tried several onion ring recipes, but now I've found a keeper. These were crispy and flavourful. We will make these again! I didn't have self-rising flour so I used 1 cup flour and 1 tsp baking powder instead. — MBMommy Sep 7, 2008

We are not usually squash eaters, but loved this soup. I froze the leftovers and it was good when reheated later. — MBMommy Oct 7, 2007

Belgian Lukken waffle cookies

Posted by 1Steve

When we make lukken we speed up the preparation by not rolling small balls of dough. Instead, we roll it into several tubes about 1 inch in diameter and refrigerate wrapped in wax paper. Then you can slice the dough into 1/4 inch circles and fry... — MBMommy Aug 6, 2006
