Easy Oatmeal Muffins

Posted by Chef #1345159

This is a great recipe for a not-too-sweet muffin that is truly a muffin, not a cupcake without frosting as many muffin recipes are now days. Thanks for sharing this - it has a great texture and is tasty too. — Wugfun Nov 4, 2009

Coleen's Meatball Soup

Posted by donna in niagara falls

Excellent and easy. I was tempted to skipped the egg because it seemed a bit weird, but did it any way and I am sure glad I did. It gives the soup an amazing texture and you don't even taste the egg. Yum! — Wugfun Nov 2, 2009

Peanut Butter and Jelly Muffins

Posted by Leslie in Texas

These were tasty - Five stars if based on taste alone. The only reason I give them a four star instead of five is that the grape jelly melted and oozed out the bottom. Only one of the 12 muffins kept it in the center, so maybe it is possible to... — Wugfun Sep 27, 2009

I really liked these meatballs - they were very tasty and the carrots made them unique. The sauce really works out too - although I had my doubts about the gingersnaps. Great recipe. — Wugfun Aug 25, 2009

Pancakes/Waffles

A very tasty recipe - I love the taste and color given by the whole wheat flour. I made waffles. A little more liquid was needed for my batch, but I think my bag of whole wheat flour is a bit thirstier than usual. Thank you for posting this! — Wugfun Jul 18, 2009
