Pork Roast

Posted by Mimi Bobeck

This pork roast is AMAZING!! I only marinated the pork for 1 hour and it still was great. The only substitution was dried onions for the chopped onions (I can't take the smell of raw onions). Great recipe! — Jamme Stefko Nov 27, 2007
