I followed this recipe exactly, and it came out great. Cooked two fillets in a cookie dish, placing the fish on parchment paper. Served with stir fried brown rice with pineapple, shrimp and peanuts and a big salad. MMmmm, good! and healthy. — Chef #325517 Jul 8, 2006
