Cheese Ravioli With Pumpkin Sage Sauce

Posted by BecR

Delicious. Not too sweet like pumpkin dishes often are. We used whole milk instead of cream and served it with mushroom ravioli for a fall flavor. I would cut down on the butter next time as it was too rich. — sofie #2 Aug 29, 2009

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins (Like Starbucks)

Great but the cream cheese definitely needed to have sugar added to it. Otherwise it has too stark of a contrast with the muffin. — sofie #2 May 23, 2009

Creamy Spinach Pasta Sauce

Posted by Lorac

Kind of bland...after it was done I tasted it and panicked because there was no flavor! I quickly added more parmasan, nutmeg, lemon juice, cayenne, and a lot of salt and pepper. Then it tasted great! Almost like a less rich spinach dip. — sofie #2 May 23, 2009

Cinnamon Cookies

Flavor was good but I found them to be too fragile. They were very flat and fell apart while I was taking them off the sheet. You really need to pay attention to the 1" distance when baking. Not worth the trouble. — sofie #2 Sep 15, 2006

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

This is so good it has become one of my 'signature' dishes. I used to make the mistake of creaming the butter and sugar first. Don't bother. It's easier if you follow the recipe directions. Also I use regular size chips and it comes out just... — sofie #2 Jun 26, 2006

this was delicious! we even had a neighbor pop in during dinner and once she sampled the calzone, she couldnt leave! the only thing was that it took about 10mins longer to cook than indicated. it might have been my brand of dough though. — sofie #2 Jun 15, 2006
