Just made this, and it was GREAT! Really light tempura-type batter. I used it for mushrooms and even dipped some fresh broccoli and fried it! We LOVED it! I'd recommend it to anyone! Thanks Rhonda! My Texan husband loves it! — Forever His Nov 27, 2006
