Pumpkin Pizzelles

Posted by OhSheila

These were pretty good. My husband who doesn't like pumpkin, enjoyed these. I made these on a rainy day and they seemed to get soft very fast. I don't know if the rain was the reason. Usually my pizzelles stay crisp. — FOREVER YOUNG Nov 22, 2009

I had a smaller brisket, but I didn't change anything. I cooked in my oven @ 250 degrees for about 8 1/2 hours. I covered the pan with foil. It was the best brisket I have ever eaten. Better than the restaurants I have tried. It wasn't dry at... — FOREVER YOUNG Jun 27, 2009

We really enjoyed this pizza. I will definitely put this in my "keeper file". I used Wing sauce instead of hot sauce, because hot things irritate our stomachs. The wing sauce was very mild but delicious. — FOREVER YOUNG Mar 7, 2009
