Perfect Chocolate Brownies

Posted by Virginia

These brownies are fantastic, just the right amount of chewy and crispy. I halved the recipe and baked for 30 min in 11x7 pan. — Kree Lynn Oct 5, 2009

Grilled Moroccan Chicken

Love this! Substituted mirin for most of the oil (only used about 2T of EVOO) And then added about a cup of plain yogurt to the marinade and cooked for a couple of minutes to get a nice sauce. Served with couscous and a green salad. — Kree Lynn Jul 22, 2009

Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Posted by ~Leslie~

These are fantastic! I used a 1/2 recipe to make individual cheesecakes in muffin tins. For the base I used halfed girl-guide chocolate cream cookies. DH says they are restaurant quality. — Kree Lynn Apr 26, 2009

Honey Peach Bran Muffins

These muffins are great. I used 1/3cup of All Bran Buds instead of wheat bran because I didn't have it. Turned out yummy! — Kree Lynn Apr 26, 2009

Eggplant & Walnut Dip with Pita Triangles

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Dancer^

I wasn't sure about this one when I first made it, however a night in the fridge caused all the flavors to meld together in a wonderful dip. I took this to a party two days after making it and it was a hit. It definitely needs to sit overnight... — Kree Lynn Apr 26, 2009

Pork Rub (Or Chicken or Beef)

Used the rub on chicken. It was fabulous and kept the chicken nice and moist on the inside and crispy and tasty on the outside. — Kree Lynn Aug 5, 2008

Caribbean Pork With Avocado-Pineapple Salsa

Posted by Zanna

I used the rub on salmon steak as well as pork tenderloin and it caramelized the salmon beautifully. Rave reviews all around - my brother is putting this in his 'date dinner' memory bank. — Kree Lynn Sep 30, 2006

Banana Oat Muffins

Fantastic! I added chocolate chips rather than nuts for a sweeter finish. Very moist and tasty. Definitely a repeat. — Kree Lynn Feb 25, 2006
