Fantastic Feta Chicken

Posted by Lorac

Mine turned out a little dry because I used strips of chicken and did not reduce the time enough. I used dried oregano and the flavor was great. — Zookeenee Dec 29, 2008

Very good. I used 1/4 cup granulated and 1/4 cup brown sugar. I also added 1/4 cup walnuts and 1/4 cup raisins because I like them. They were a hit. — Zookeenee Jul 16, 2006

Sticken Chicken

(26 people found this helpful) Posted by Hobbyzu

It was very good. I had to abbreviate the cooking time so I cooked it at 350 for about 20 min then I added the sauce and finished it for another 10 min. I also reserved half the sauce and thickened it with a TBLS cornstarch mixed with a TBLS water. — Zookeenee Feb 13, 2005

5 Cans and a Jar Soup

This is very tasty as a mexican soup base. We added 1 cup of sour cream to tone down the spiciness for our children and topped with cheddar cheese and broiled quesidilla strips. Next time we will add shredded chicken. — Zookeenee Jan 18, 2005

Chicken 'n Peaches

(3 people found this helpful) Posted by M&Mers

I used fresh peaches and it was fantastic. The broiled parmesean is key in this recipe. This one has made it into our family cookbook already. I look forward to trying it with real parmesean cheese and some peaches I canned recently. — Zookeenee Sep 2, 2002

Kentucky Fried Chicken Seasoning Mix

(2 people found this helpful) Posted by Kat

Very Good. I cut the spices in half and the flour in 1/4. I used two chicken breasts cut into strips and I still had alot left over. I also tried the spice mix minus the flour over popcorn. It was great. — Zookeenee Feb 22, 2002

Honey Mustard Curry Chicken

I think that this is best with a good quality dijon mustard. I found that French's mustard made the sauce a little tart. — Zookeenee Jan 22, 2002
