Oh so Creamy Tuna Noodle Casserole

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by Abbey212

Very easy and tasty! I only used 6 oz of tuna because we're not huge fans of tuna. With the onions and garlic, you couldn't even taste the fishy flavor. Will definately make again. — CookinMamaof3 Nov 21, 2008

Italian Stuffed Bell Peppers

Posted by Midwest Maven

We enjoyed this easy recipe. I used plenty of salt, pepper and garlic and they tasted very flavorful. I only had a 26 oz jar of pasta sauce, so I mixed it with about a jar of water and the sauce turned out perfectly--not too thin or too thick.... — CookinMamaof3 Jun 19, 2008

Rosemary Chicken - Low Carb

Posted by HeidiSue

This chicken was ok. It was easy to make (after I found garlic juice!) and looked very good. However, there was just too much rosemary in the sauce and that was really the only flavor we could taste. — CookinMamaof3 Jun 14, 2007

Mom’s Best Barbecued Ribs

These ribs are so good and very tender! The sauce is great--not too hot, not too sweet. The method of steaming the ribs is easy and produces a very tender rib. Thanks! — CookinMamaof3 Jun 12, 2007

Mexican Chicken - Paula and Jamie Deen

Posted by Nikki Kate

I love Paula Deen and had seen her make this on her TV show, but then forgot about it. I made it exactly as the recipe stated, but I thought it needed more spice. I added sour cream and my husband ate it plain and he really liked it. Next... — CookinMamaof3 Jun 5, 2007

Impossibly Easy Coconut Pie

This pie is very easy to make and pretty good. I do think I prefer a pie with a crust, but this is a quick option when you're short on time! — CookinMamaof3 Jun 5, 2007

Easy Hamburger Stroganoff

(1 person found this helpful) Posted by MsSally

This makes a lot of sauce--easily enough for 8 oz. of noodles! It is easy and has good flavor. It was a little thinner than I would have liked, so maybe I will only use half a can of milk next time. Thanks for a good weeknight meal. — CookinMamaof3 May 29, 2007

Sesame Broccoli, Really..it's Good!

Posted by kiwidutch

This is a fast and easy way to spruce up broccoli. That said, it wasn't exactly what we expected. I think we prefer broccoli with other flavors, but it is a change of pace. If you like sesame flavor, give it a try! — CookinMamaof3 May 14, 2007

This is so tasty! I didn't use the green peppers (I didn't have any) but it was still great! It was good immediately after I put it together, but after it sat 4 hours, it was really yummy. Thanks! — CookinMamaof3 May 7, 2007

Cheesy Summer Squash Spears

We, too, love squash and this is a nice alternative to our usual recipes. Next time, I will use more garlic and more cheese because they really made it unique. It might also be good to add a thinly sliced onion. Thanks! — CookinMamaof3 May 4, 2007

We really liked the crunch of this casserole--between the celery, nuts and chow mein noodles, every bite is very crunchy. It has good flavor and the rice gives it another interesting texture. Thanks, Debber! — CookinMamaof3 May 4, 2007

This is yummy! I was a little leary of the mayo, but it doesn't have a mayonnaisey taste at all. It is easy to put together and quick for a weeknight supper. I might add more garlic next time just because we love it! Thanks for a keeper! — CookinMamaof3 May 1, 2007
