What a great simple bread. I used dried cranberries and served it with an Irish Coddle. Tasted great, especially when warm and buttered! — Tai Chi Momma Oct 31, 2009

Great for fall entertaining. The Italian sausages I used were incredibly tender with this dish. I added the carrots and potatoes to the bottom of the crockpot, then layered the onions and sausage on top. Then I poured in the chicken broth until it... — Tai Chi Momma Oct 31, 2009

My family loved this. I added 3/4 tsp of cinnamon and 1 diced apple right before I put this in the oven. The house smelled wonderful when it baked. Served with a little bit of milk while it was warm. Definitely a keeper recipe. — Tai Chi Momma Oct 24, 2009

An easy accompaniment to Tacos or a satisfying complete meal when served with rice. I omit the green pepper and it still tastes great. — Tai Chi Momma Oct 24, 2009

Sour Cream Banana Bread

Posted by Charishma Ramchandani

Definitely a keeper. Added 1 cup of chocolate chips and it is awesome. It took my oven an 1:15 minutes to bake a 9 x 11 loaf. I turned the oven down from 350 to 300 for the last 20 minutes because the top was starting to burn. — Tai Chi Momma Oct 3, 2009

Whole Chicken Crock Pot Recipe

This was really easy to make, but it did come out too dry and stringy for me. A good technique, but need to refine the cooking time based on how much chicken you're cooking. — Tai Chi Momma Apr 27, 2009

The good thing about this recipe is that it's so easy to make. I'd definitely recommend this one to moms who need to throw something into the oven when they get home. On the other hand, this was pretty salty and I used fresh parmesan cheese. I was... — Tai Chi Momma Dec 13, 2008

So easy and excellent. Great for OAMC beginners. Instead of thickening the marinade in Step 7, I simply added water to the pan and let it reduce. Served with a spinach salad and roasted sweet potatoes. — Tai Chi Momma Dec 27, 2007
