Just a comment, since I DO make a decent Jambalaya myself and this is a pretty standard recipe. About the name of the recipe: Anytime you add tomatoes to the Jambalaya it makes it "Creole" rather than Cajun... Note: Try it with brown rice... — spacekitty Mar 29, 2006
