Wonderful marinade. I had to bake it at 350 for 25 minutes because of the weather (grill ain't ready!) but it still turned out juicy on a big 1 lb filet. I also added chopped almond slivers for a fun texture, and poured the remaining marinade... — Chef Vince Mar 2, 2006

Herb-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Wonderful! I used a 22 oz tenderloin and (unfortunately) 1/4 cup of dried herbs instead of fresh, but it still turned out great. Cooked for 55 minutes and it was perfectly tender. I also added a bit more mustard to the sauce for a bit more... — Chef Vince Feb 21, 2006
