Low Carb Baked Spaghetti Squash With Garlic Sage Cream

Great recipe. I baked 4 cloves of garlic sprinkled with olive oil and wrapped in aluminum foil for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. I then prepared the recipe as indicated. the extra garlic was great. This was a great accompaniment for lamb shanks. — Cooking on Lake Norman Jan 3, 2009
