3 Vegetable Casserole

Posted by Tara

Very good. I used broccoli, red pepper, onions and snow peas. Also, for cheese I used brie in the filling and chèvre noir on top. It was a nice combination. Thank you. — Chef #281330 Nov 3, 2008

Good recipe. I cooked it on the stove instead of the crokpot. I added fresh tomatoes, sea salt and garam masala. Tip to those who have never used tumeric - carefull it stains clothes, counter tops and plastic. Chef #281330 Oct 22, 2006

Good recipe. I didn't use the brussel sprouts so I added green onions. And I changed the philadelphia for a mixture of ricota and feta and it was great! — Chef #281330 Apr 25, 2006

Slow Cooker Chicken & Dumplings

Posted by Betani

I liked the chicken but I made my own dumplings, "glissants" which is french for slippery. These dumplings are similar to those in the recipe but you add more flour so you can flatten them with a rolling pin and cut them into squares. — Chef #281330 Jan 20, 2006
