I can't believe it, but I forgot to mention that this cake can be an upside down cake if you prefer. After cooking, cool untill warm, then run a knife around the edge of the pan, to loosen the cake, and flip onto desired dish. — Cody in Ontario, Canada Jan 13, 2003

I made this same recipe a few years ago. Instead of frozen concentrate, I used actual orange juice. I cant remember how much I used, but you do need to put more Ice in. It Tasted EXACTLY like the ones in the mall..just wish I could still make them... — Cody in Ontario, Canada Jan 4, 2002
