Soy Sesame Vinaigrette

Very salty. I would probably cut back on the soy sauce, and maybe use sodium-reduced. — Pimienta Jan 20, 2009

Crustless tomato Quiche

Yum! This was great! Didn't have gruyere or fresh basil, so used mozzarella and dried basil - it was still delicious. Can't wait to try it as posted! — Pimienta Apr 10, 2008

Banana Banana Bread

This was ok, a simple plain banana bread. I would have liked it to be moister and richer. — Pimienta Mar 25, 2008

Southwestern Black-Bean Burgers

A good healthy dinner. I would suggest adding the mayo gradually, until you get the texture needed to make patties, or it ends up a bit too soft to work with. We've made this several times and will make it again. Thanks for posting! — Pimienta Feb 24, 2008

Good taste, but I omitted the salt and still found this quite salty due to the ham and bacon. — Pimienta Feb 22, 2008

A great chili. I used ground chicken since that is what I had on hand. I'm sure it changed the feel of the dish as posted, but it tasted great. Thanks! — Pimienta Feb 22, 2008

A great alternative to all those mayonnaise-y potato salads out there. Went well with a roast chicken. — Pimienta Feb 22, 2008

Maple Onion Baked Beans

Very good. I didn't use the salt pork since it was optional and I didn't know what it was or where to find it. The beans were flavorful without it but I imagine the pork would add something extra to the dish. — Pimienta Feb 22, 2008
